• we call you back and talk through the speaker on the alarm to check if anything is wrong
• if there’s no answer, we’ll activate a call out immediately and an ambulance will be sent
• trained ambulance staff will arrive at your home already aware of your name and other important information.
• our service starts with a free trial period of up to one month.

St John representatives are available to visit those interested in a St John Medical Alarm to demonstrate how the alarm works and to answer questions. They are also available to give talks and presentations. They are easily identifiable by the St John uniform they will be wearing.
