St John Lifelink™ medical alarms have many benefits:

• your St John Lifelink™ alarm is connected directly to St John, so when your alarm is activated, your call comes straight to us

• we call you back and talk through the speaker on the alarm to check if anything is wrong

• if there’s no answer, we’ll activate a call out immediately and an ambulance will be sent

• as part of our service, we will keep your information and any instructions on our confidential St John database

• trained ambulance staff will arrive at your home already aware of your name and other important information.

St John  Sales Representatives are available to visit those interested in a St John Lifelink™ medical alarm to demonstrate how the alarm works and to answer questions. They are also available to give talks and presentations. They are easily identifiable by the St John uniform they will be wearing.
