Associates of the Health Consumer Service aim to assist you in communicating your concerns to your health provider. It is a complaint resolution service but is also a means to facilitate clear communication between consumer and provider. It has the goals of improving services and allowing patients to express their opinions in a comfortable, non threatening manner without fear of retribution or involvement in complex legal cases or hearings. Our Associates are trained professionals who endeavour to resolve your issues at the lowest possible level.
In the Taranaki District Mairi and Ella work together to give support and assistance for consumers who may have received service from any of the following providers:
